1. Overview of the Service

Binder Forge offers a digital binder system for managing, sharing, and tracking trading card collections. Users can upload notes, track owned cards, compare prices, subscribe for additional features, and more. We strive to foster a secure, inclusive, and creative platform for all TCG fans.

2. User Commitments

To use Binder Forge, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum in your country)
  • Use the platform legally and respectfully
  • Not impersonate others or share false information
  • Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights

You are solely responsible for your activity, comments, and content uploaded through your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Binder Forge offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Refunds are not issued unless legally required.

4. Content and User Data

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., binder names, notes, or images). However, you grant Binder Forge a limited license to use and display your content to deliver the service. You may delete your content or account at any time, which will begin a deletion process within 30 days.

5. Account Management

You agree to keep your login credentials secure and accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Binder Forge integrates with third-party services such as:

  • Stripe for payments
  • Zoho for email marketing
  • TCGplayer and other APIs for card data and images

We are not responsible for content or services provided by these third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to:

  • Upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Interfere with platform operations or attempt unauthorized access
  • Misuse report or support systems
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

The design, branding, and features of Binder Forge remain the property of Darren Brooks. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute site elements without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Binder Forge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for data loss, system interruptions, or indirect damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data or binder suggestions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms or putting the platform at risk. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes or legal updates. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users via email or in-app where necessary.
